Cement preparation is easy with AVAmax PLUS
No more stirring or shaking. The AVAmax PLUS system's automated mixer delivers a new level of cement consistency from procedure to procedure. Just press the MIX button. The cement is automatically mixed, and the system will signal when the mixing is finished.
Controlled injections and clean cannula removal
The AVAmax PLUS system features a coaxial cement tube that extends through the cannula as a liner. Since the cement tube is primed prior to insertion, cement flows into the vertebral body from the very first turn. If the procedure requires multiple injections, the coaxial cement tube makes it easy and fast to switch from one cannula to another without leaving cement behind.

Your choice of delivery systems
If you're looking for a more traditional delivery system and don't need the automated mixing function, CareFusion also offers the standard AVAmax delivery system. It uses the same bone cement and coaxial tube as the advanced system, but allows you to mix the cement yourself.
